By a public announcement of your project under its title (indication of title protection), seniority for the purposes of protection can be brought forwards, as long as the Indication is carried out in the usual way for this line of business and the whole process is done within an appropriate time period (a period of six months will generally be viewed as sufficient by the law after the making public of the title).

The recognition of an ‘indication of title protection has the legal effect of reserving the planned title before the actual appearance of a project, thus can protect your title against any trademarks registered later than yours.
